Police Seek Help to Locate Missing Bethesda Teenager

The following information comes to us from Montgomery County's Police Family Crimes Division:

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Family Crimes Division are asking the public for help to locate a teenager missing from Bethesda.

Michael Jeffrey Gura, age 17, of the 4900 block of Sentinel Drive in Bethesda was last seen on July 3. Michael is described as a white male, 6’ tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short, curly brown hair.  The teenager was last seen driving a Gold 1999 Chrysler Sebring 4-door with Maryland tags of GGY-275.

Police and his family are concerned for his welfare because it is uncharacteristic for the teenager not to have contact with his family.

Anyone with information about Michael Gura’s whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24hrs).  Callers may remain anonymous.
