Sex offender pleads guilty, sentenced to 15 years | News
GREENBELT, Md. (WUSA9) -- A registered and formerly convicted sex offender has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday to attempting to induce a minor to engage in sex.
Nicholas Edward Seskar, 41, plead guilty in St. Mary's County to one count of sex offense in the third degree.
In 2006, Seskar, then 30, plead guilty to having sex with a 15 year old.
On March 23, 2015, Seskar began to engage in Facebook conversations with a girl named "Tiffany" who he believed was only 15-years old. However, "Tiffany" was an undercover law enforcement officer with the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office.
Seskar became very graphic with "Tiffany" and eventually told her he wanted to meet up to have sex. On April 2, 2015, Seskar arrived at the pre-arranged meeting place and was arrested immediately.
Seskar now must register as a sex offender anywhere he lives, works, or goes to school.
